We use fresh Québec pork, Grade AAA Alberta beef and grain-fed chicken. Our sauces, condiments and even spices are all held to the same standard: nothing is left to chance. And we use only the most health-conscious food preparation methods.

We opened our doors in 1990, and today, we are serving our second generation of patrons. People remember dining at La Perle as children and come back as adults, sometimes with children of their own!
